Its sheer diversity, geographical location, weather and destinations make it a one of a kind spot in the world. Not to mention it is without a doubt one of the best riding destinations in the planet.
The perfect place for proper GS touring Colombia will not dissapoint. On this trip we will be covering a lot of its most iconic destinations. We start off in Bogotá and ride towards the beautiful colonial town of Villa de Leyva and Barichara located on the Eastern Mountain range. After this we will cross Colombia's deepest canyon: The Chicamocha. And drop down towards the flat and hot lands of the Magdalena Valley, where we will spend the night in some beautiful cabins in the middle of the jungle. Leaving the valley behind we will climb towards the Central Mountain range and its iconic coffee region. We will visit a workind coffee farm where we will be able to see the coffee process from plant to bean. No trip in Colombia is complete without a climb to 4,000 mts. After the coffee farm we will find ourselves up in the mountains spending the night in a lovely hotel with natural hot springs.
